The Art of Running a Successful IACUC Meeting
Melissa Lewis
You're running overtime. Important issues haven't been raised (much less settled). The discussion keeps veering off on tangents. Members are interrupting each other, withdrawing, squirming, nit-picking. Sound familiar? There's hope. Armed with a few basic truths about human nature, knowledge of common meeting traps and a handful of simple tricks, your IACUC meetings can be efficient, smooth and - dare we say - enjoyable? In this session you'll enjoy seeing your peers demonstrate common IACUC meeting problems along with techniques for solving them.
